The Hennessy’s House LLC authorizes each User to view and download one copy of the Materials. Materials may be downloaded and Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Product & Material Refunds
Due to the nature of products most items purchased are non refundable including but not limited Gift cards, Downloadable products and 1:1 Coaching sessions not canceled with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Merchandise including clothing products are ordered through a third party company Spring, any items that are damaged or not as described have to be returned through the site you purchased directly. The Hennessy’s House LLC will not be held personally responsible for any third party vendor merchandise. All books purchased must be returned directly to site purchased from including but not limited to Amazon and Barnes and Nobles. Note that each 3rd party will have terms and conditions of their own.
Retreats are non refundable 30 days prior to event. Deposits made list specific refund policies if made before the release of all retreat details. After all details including dates, location, and total fees are public refunds can be requested for 48 hours. If final payments are not made by specific dates the spot will open back up and no refund will be issued unless requested 30 days prior to event date.
