Hi. I’m a Certified Life Coach. I’m an entrepreneur, author, mom and wife.
As a coach I work to help you reframe your thoughts around money, health, relationships, self-love and motherhood. I am what you would call an extrovert to its full definition and have passion for helping others through hardship. My life experiences have helped me see how important it is to have a positive perspective and self love. The Hennessy’s House LLC is how I get to share these messages with as many people as possible.
I am here to help you find a more fulfilled life that you are capable of living. I believe there is no one size fits all when it comes to self growth. We will combine many different techniques to come up with a plan of action that is unique to you and your personality. You deserve love from yourself so you can find joy in your life.
